Be careful when selecting RAM for this motherboard, since it is an older generation and only supports DDR3 RAM up to a certain speed. You can look at the RAM support list.

I have the PC built already. I asked this question so that I can know whether or not to update my RealTek drivers. Last time I upgraded them I lost all sound, and now that I upgraded my GPU I was thinking of updating them again.
Upgrading your GPU has nothing to do with the onboard audio. If your audio is working currently, I wouldn't update the RealTek drivers, given the problem you had the last time you updated them.

I see. I only considered it as someone said it is a solution to stuttering problems in-game. Anyways, thank you, otherwise I would've wasted alot of my time by updating them.

Are you sure GPU has nothing to do with audio? Because before I upgraded I had no stutter problems in-game and now I have them. :/
