Yes. That motherboard has both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, it appears to have 6 USB 2.0 ports on the rear I/O and also 2 USB 3.0 ports there as well.
That motherboard also has USB 2.0 and 3.0 headers for connecting to the USB ports on your case.
