Does this motherboard support the CPU fan plus the other pre-installed fans in this case?

Here are the motherboard and case.

both of those link to the case. i'll say this, the mobo will definately have a cpu fan connector. the case has 3 case fans, so it will either need 3 headers on the board for that, a single header to feed a fan controller you plug them in to, some fan splitters, or molex to fan connectors. plenty of ways to get them working.

What are case links?

These are both links to case.

I still don't understand. I wanted to know if there were enough fan connectors 4 the 3 pre-installed fans and the CPU but our telling me they are linked to the case. I'm not sure what that means.

OMG, I just realized how fckin idiotic I am... Ok, I get what you mean now. I fixed the link..

the mother board only has 2 fan connectors besides the cpu fan connector. 1x 4-pin and 1x 3-pin. the 3-pin is actually meant for something else but can be used for a fan if needed, it will likely just ran at full speed.

Is there another motherboard you can recommend to me or is a fan controller cheaper?

your cheapest option is really just some molex to fan connectors to connect directly to the psu. they're cheap.

like this

the only reason to hook to the mobo is if you intend to be setting up fan profiles to control speeds. but if you just want them running along doing their thing, this is fine.

Where do I install something like this?

thats a fan hub, and your case likely doesnt actually have a home for one. they're the kind of thing you find a place to tuck away. you power it with a sata cable from the power supply, connect the fans to it, then tuck it somewhere. likely in the back panel.

Doesn't my psu have to be semi-modular/modular for that?

no. modular means that all the cords need to be plugged in to the psu to use them, the psu itself has no cords connected to it until you attach them. this is so you can use only what you want to use. semi-modular is similar, but some of the cords are already permanently attached to the psu like the cpu 4/8 pin and the mobo 24 pin. a non-modular psu just has all its cords permanantly attached.

the type of modularity has no bearing on if you're allowed to hook it to anything. you just need the right cable. any modern psu should have some molex and sata cables as they're the only way to power components like disk drives, hdds, ssds, fan controllers, etc.

you can see a molex connector on the top, and a sata connector on the bottom in this image.
