Does this MSI motherboard work with this Intel processor?

I'm afraid that I'm going to screw up and order the wrong parts so I wonder if anyone could confirm that this motherboard and processor work together.

The Motherboard has an LGA 1155 socket and the processor says LGA 1155.

Also the Motherboard has an Intel Z77 chipset and the processor is 77W. I'm not sure if that part is relevant or not.
