A full sized case (full atx) will support an atx form factor psu. I.e. if the case supports the ATX form factor mother board it will also support the atx form factor psu
Power suppplys much like the mother board come in set sizes, if the power supply size fits the case size you'll be fine. To find this out just look at the specs for both, a standard atx psu will fit a standard atx case

In the power supply specs it does say it's form factor is ATX, in the case specs it says that it does support MOTHERBOARDS with ATX, MINI ATX and MICRO ATX form factor but nothing about power supplys. It is the same or what?
