Here is Tom's review of the 750W GQ power supply. I would say there are better choices available. Does your build really require an 850W power supply?
I would recommend a standalone surge protector or UPS if you have a lot of power issues at your location.

It's not a very good power supply , get a G2 or G3 , which are Super Flower Leadex Platform models.
