Does this PSU have enough wattage?

I just finished ordering all the components for my first build. It is a mini ITX and I'm just now beginning to worry that my PSU won't provide enough power. Here is the parts list, all help is appreciated!

CASE - Raijintek Metis
CPU - Intel i5 4690K
GPU - ASUS GeForce GTX 970 DC Mini
RAM - Kingston HyperX FURY Black (2x4GB)
Cooler - Noctua D9L
SSD - HyperX Fury 240GB
Case Fan - Noctua NF-F12
PSU - SilverStone SFX Series ST45SF 450W 80 PLUS Bronze SFX Power Supply (Black)

Silverstone offers a 600w gold SFX if you have any problems, but a handful of people have had coil whine and fan issues with it - but if you get a performing unit it sounds like it is fantastic.
