does this PSU preform well?

Hello i would like to buy a psu named the lc500h0-12 500W. Will it bee deliverd with the internal cables and is it fine for a Geforce gtx 750 2gb, AMD fx 6300 and a msi 970 gaming?

its a very cheap psu not designed for use on things such as graphics cards. Hence the "office series" name for it. Whats your budget on power supply? As i can try and find you something much more reliable and suitable for the price

or what about the Cooler Master Elite Power RS-400-PSAP-I3 400W will it give enough power for the amd fx 6300 msi 970 gaming and the gtx 750?
