Does this RAM fit into my mATX

Hey guys

just wanted to know if the Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600Mhz RAM fit into a mATX motherboard (Asus Maximus V gene) with the asus GTX 660ti on it, i'm a little worried since the heatsink of these RAM are a little taller than the usual.
the case is Zalman z11 plus mid tower

Actually i'm looking for something with better heat spreaders, but thanks for the reply

I like the G. Skill Ares DDR 3 1600 or the Corsair Vengeance low profile DDR 3 1600. The heatspreaders on memory are really not doing anything they are a design feature like the fins on the back of cars.

I did some more research and it turned out that it'll be fine even with the big heat spreaders, but thanks for the info, I'll consider buying one of those you suggested.
