Question Does this RAM work on Intel CPU?

Will it work on Intel CPU?

No. Well, MAYBE.

Neos memory kits are for AMD platforms. Now, that does not necessarily mean that it CANNOT work, but you will end up doing a great deal of manually configuring the settings to make it work most likely. Including reconfiguring all of the primary and some of the secondary timings. And, even then, it's no guarantee that it will play nice with your motherboard even if you have extensive experience with tweaking memory configurations.
