I know quite a bit about PC's but it is quite a big purchase and I just want to make sure I am not missing anything. So anything to add or that I should upgrade? Anything Like that.

A 144Hz "esports" 1080p monitor with a 9900K + 2080TI?

Sticking a 120mm AIO on a 9900K seems like a bad idea...

$3k for the individual components + warranty isn't horrible, necessarily, if the build itself made a whole lot of sense.
However it doesn't, to me at least.

Just throwing a quick build together to give you an example of what $3k could do.

All NVME storage (3TB total), a 280mm AIO, a 1440p 144Hz panel with FreeSync.... a quality PSU etc.

Is this strictly for gaming though? If you wanted to stick to 1080p, you could drop to an i5... honestly, you could drop the GPU down to a 2070 or something too , and opt for a 1080p 240Hz panel if predominantly e-sports.
