Does this support Pixel Shader 2.0?

I need it to support Pixel Shader to play a game. I don't believe it says it anywhere but can anyone verify this? (im new to this sorta stuff)

The 7000 series cards have pixel shader 5.0 support. The game you are playing will be supported with the card.

i only have 300w power supply. its reccomended 400w. is that only if you overclock it or do i really need 400w?

Its a suggested wattage for stability with your system. Your system however will not use all 400 watts up. A 7750 relies only on the slots power there is no extra PCI-E power attached to the card so you should be just fine. Although I would feel safer suggesting something like a CX430 from Corsair if you are trying to find something more tailor made for your system.
