does this system have bottle necks?

and i was just wondering if i can improve it and still keep it at the same price range USD 900-1000. also are all the parts compatible ?
edit 1: what do you think about the monitor? is it good for fps and rts gaming?

No bottlenecks.
But use dual-channel memory (2x4 instead of 1x8)
Get an XFX or Seasonic PSU, they are the best available.
