Does this system need extra cooling?

I'm planning to build a PC for the first time. Here's what I plan to use:

**CPU** | [Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i74790k) | $324.99 @ B&H
**Motherboard** | [MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97gaming5) | $144.89 @ OutletPC
**Memory** | [G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d8gbxl) | $46.88 @ OutletPC
**Storage** | [Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st1000dm003) | $45.89 @ OutletPC
**Video Card** | [MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx970gaming4g) | $328.99 @ SuperBiiz
**Case** | [Thermaltake Chaser A71 ATX Full Tower Case](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-case-vp400m1w2n) | $117.99 @ SuperBiiz
**Power Supply** | [EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220gs0850v1) | $99.99 @ Newegg

I've read that with these components, as is, the built in fans will be enough to keep everything from overheating. I know that if I want to overclock (which I will, but at some point in the future) I will need more cooling. But without overclocking, do I still need to get more cooling? And if so, any suggestions?

I would buy an aftermarket cooler up front if for no other reason than lower noise.
The 92mm fan on the stock intel cooler will do the job, but it will get noisy under load.
The i7-4790K runs 4.0/4.4 stock and you really can't expect more than another couple of multipliers out of a overclock.

With Skylake now available, there is absolutely no question in my mind that a new build should be Skylake.
a. Prices for cpu, z170 motherboard and ddr4 ram are almost precisely the same.
b. 6700K has an estimated 5-10% performance improvement per clock over haswell.
c. 14nm runs cooler, you get a decent overclock without the need for exotic cooling.
d. The Z170 chipset permits the use of much faster ssd devices on the horizon. Samsung 950 pro for example:

Here's a cheaper alternative.
