Through HDMi I don't think so,what you are looking for is something like an IP cam but those send the signal via wifi or ethernet, if you have a smart TV it can display the picture from the IP cam right away.

What you want is a camera that you have a cable from that goes to lets say a TV, that connects to a HDMI port and shows the video stream on the TV?

If i understood correctly, a lot of DSLR cameras will let you do this, and also normal compact cameras and i think i even have a cheaper action camera somewhere that has this option.

I believe most Canon DSLR's will do this as well.

A lot of cameras now do tethering over WiFi.

And of course, while not "HDMI", a thousand different webcams and dashcams output directly to a monitor of some sort.

Most cameras have HDMI ports on them so you can plug them into a screen usually used for watching what you just recorded
