Question Does this thumbstick look right?

Just got a Azeron Cyborg and it's a pain to adjust. I was getting into the nitty gritty of it and it seemed like there was noticable lag jitters no matter how much I adjusted or reset the setting in the Azeron software or REWASD.

anyway here is the thumb stick in action, pretty sure it's not cool. Any opinions are appreciated, thanks.
