Does this Ultrawide monitor have backlight bleeding?

I'm about to buy this monitor second hand(used) for 250€.

Here are the pictures of the used monitor i'm about to buy, all my previous monitors have been TP i don't know much about backlight bleeding, can you guys confirm that this monitor doesn't have bad backlight bleeding?

Thanks, one more question, this monitor has outdated firmware 1.03, i read that the newer versions of above 1.25 have much lower input lag. Is it possible to upgrade the monitor firmware or is it hardware related?

Here are all the software updates for the monitor.

You should be able to upgrade the firmware.
