Does this water cpu cooler need more

Solution

Thats all you need to cool your cpu. A single 120mm rad is not that great for cooling however and much better aircoolers can be had for a similar price. If you want the looks and good cooling and are not doing this due to space constraints then the 240mm version would be the best option.

That's an All-In-One water cooler and that is all you need.
You will have to remove your current cooler.
Make sure your case have space to install the radiator.
Depending on your current setup, even though this unit looks cooler, it might not perform better.

You could post your system specs.

then what are all those pipes used for and the big thing that holds the water when would i use those

Thats when you do a costum loop. Thats a diy project.
This AIO is filled with liquid and then sealed so it doesn't need a reservoir.

Nope, that is all you need as it is an All-in-One water cooler. However, I would highly advise getting a 2nd 120mm fan to add to the radiator, so you have a push-pull configuration. If your unfamiliar with this term, just google push-pull water cooling for some info.

I use AIO water coolers in all my rigs and love them.
