Does this wierd happens to anybody? pls help

The thing is when i play battelfield 3 i put graphics on all SLOW and it looks exactly the same as ULTRA and with same fraps! its so wierd. Ive notest in games like GTA IV same, the game looks bad!! in FIFA14 i pot everything on ultra and graphics looks bad!!,, what is the matter with my video card?? is this a software problem? pls helpp!..

Mother: Intel dp35dp

Core 2 quad cpu 2.5 ghz q6600

4GB RAM

GPU: Saphirre R7 260x OC 2gb DDR5

Cooler master cosmos case

500gb Drive

GPU is always below 60c runs cold.

I suggest you to update the GPU drivers to latest version and check.

Usually bad looking graphics on an LCD,LED monitor are caused by not running at the monitors native resolution.
Running at less than the native resolution will cause the image to look blocky and blurry.
