I've been having allot of BSOD issues and have had a few people debug but they couldn't give me an answer. The general consensus was that either my RAM or Mobo was bad. What I'm asking is if it was a hardware issue, would it show up if I installed ubuntu? I've had it installed all day and have been stressing the RAM and not a single crash, disable, freeze, or reboot has happened. From this should i be safe to say it was a windows/driver issue?

Yes, pretty much. Something Windows related. I'd probably start with a fresh Windows install and go from there.
