Does Titan XP support 4 way SLI?

I know 1080 doesn't. And how does 4 way SLI Titan X (the non pascal one) compare to other gpu (1080 or Titan XP 2 way SLI).

I am just curious. Obviously I don't have that kind of money and I won't see any improvement over my minesweeper at 4K

4 way Titan X SLI is more or less the same as 980ti 4 way with more VRAM.
Compared to Titan XP two way SLI, it nets you an extra 15% or so in terms of pure frame rate in The Witcher 3.
However scaling in 4 way may be poor in particular titles or just unsupported, so in that regard Titan XP two way beats out Titan X 4 way SLI.

Titan XP is a really poor value investment, wait until 1080tis come out if you're buying! :)
To be honest though, I have a single 1080 at 1440p 144hz with my XB271HU and think it's perfect!
I can't see why anyone would want anything more than SLI 1080s in terms of performance at the moment to be honest.

At the moment, the 1080ti production is the same level as the 960ti...don't count on any product that hasn't been announced.

There isn't much room in the performance tiers for a 1080ti, so all it would accomplish would be to hollow out the sales of the titan xp.

There isn't, it was never announced, but that didn't stop some people advising others "don't buy GPU XXX, wait for the 960ti that should be out soon". I don't know if anyone waited or how many might have, but it was based on assumption, not on nVidia saying anything about it.

Never wait for phantom products. until the manufacturer announces it, it doesn't exist.
