Does torrented Windows 10 effect the performance of my computer?

So I recently finished building my PC it has an AMD 8350 with 16GB of RAM and an R7 370 4GB edition with a 750w fully modular PSU, before spending $119 on Windows 10 I decided to torrent Windows 10 to see if it works fine. However, whenever I open games they tend to crash after about 4 minutes, this is usually followed by an error that says "[name of game].exe has been blocked from using the graphics Hardware or something along the lines of " display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered" this is only the case when I play games, whenever I try to INSTALL the games, I sometimes get an Unpacking error, I am also getting blue screens that say something like "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" ... I would just like to know if this is an issue with Windows 10 being torrented or if it's a problem with my Hardware??? Please help, this is very frustrating....

If you can afford the hardware then you should be able to afford the software as well.
Otherwise you can use linux such as Ubuntu or SteamOS.

you could be running malware with your pirated software
