Does UDIMM fit with DIMM

So I used the crucial Parts scanner it it told me i need DDR3-1600 UDIMM ram. I found some but it says they are DIMM not UDIMM. Will they fit into my motherboard. Are they the same?

Technically UDIMM is a type of DIMM but the two terms are often used interchangeably to both mean an unregistered memory module which is what pretty much all consumer devices use. This is in contract to RDIMM, used primarily by servers.

Its an old workstation im trying to upgrade. The mobo is a LENOVO 5474W8M and it has a i5 760 CPU

Yeah, you're fine with the RAM that says DIMM rather than UDIMM.
