Does UEFI Dualbios Mean that you can Overclock?

I was choosing motherboards at gigabytes webpage. It says that is has UEFI Dualbios. Does that mean that you can oc the cpu? (AMd athlon x4 860k)

Dual bios means the board has 2 bios chips.

The purpose of a board with dual BIOS chips is to provide a backup in case the primary BIOS fails. So, until such time as the primary BIOS fails, dual BIOS motherboards operate the same as any other board with a single BIOS.

With that information in mind, you can answer your question by answering this question: can you overclock a motherboard that only has a single BIOS?
