Hello. I've had this Samsung 840 evo sitting on my desk ready to be installed while I wait for other parts. Today I noticed that my desk vibrated slightly when I played music. Do you think this would hurt the SSD? I have no way of testing the drive as of now....

You need a jackhammer to hurt an SSD through vibration. 😛

Seriously, they have no moving parts, unlike a hard drive. And even hard drives are perfectly resistant to vibration and jarring as long as they aren't powered on and in use.

Seriously, OP... the table shaking a little is not going to hurt your parts. I know it's nervous-making the first time, but don't worry about it.
