Does when i first start my computer bios should automatically appear?

I was working with a old computer i found from the basement.
I took pieces apart and build them back together.when i first started it showed error: disk boot failure
This made me thinking(im new to building computers) if everything is made correctly,would bios screen automatically appear. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED . 😛

No. You have built it correctly if you get that message 😀 just hit (ie repeatedly) DEL or ESC or one of the FN keys on boot until you get into the BIOS.
It won't appear automatically, it's looking for a hard drive with Windows on it, you need to tell the BIOS to boot from your Windows install media.
