Does WindowBlinds Lag PC?

Well windowblinds 5 is out for a while now, and they say that it doesnt use any pc memory anymore.. is this true?

does wb actually lag the pc..? causeim gong to be reformating my pc soon and im stuck on if i should install it or not

Yes, it uses clock cycles to glitz up the display...

any program you have running in the systray is going to use system resources. Will it make any noticale difference? Depends on system specks.
If your a fps freak then dont use WB. If you dont care about frames then use it.

same thing with litestep, they will all consume memory
i had a phase when i was hooked on those things, but then i just got used to XP's default shell...
