Yes, your motherboard supports up to 3200Mhz, so it will be able to support your 3000Mhz RAM. However, you will need to set an XMP profile to make the RAM run at 3000Mhz as it as listed as an "OC" speed for the motherboard.
Setting an XMP profile is very simple and involves going into the BIOS, setting the profile, and rebooting your PC.
As @kanewolf said, I'd recommend grabbing more than 4GB of RAM. 8GB should be the absolute minimum these days.
