Does Xfast ram really make system 5x faster?

No, it does not. Xfast RAM is used to make a dedicated RAMdisk for Virtual machines and that sort of thing. It improves the responsiveness on that VM only.

I guess ASRock is false advertising then, on my Mobo box it says: XFastRAM 5x System Speed?
