Does Z170 PRO GAMING BIOS 2003 update give support for skylake i5-6600k cpu?

I wanted to know does the Z170 PRO GAMING BIOS 2003 update give support for the skylake i5-6600k cpu as it says supports new cpu:

As i recentley built a pc but no signal comes up on the monitor, and i believe the bios version on the motherboard may not support that cpu.So my main question is what is the first bios update for the Z170 pro gaming motherboard that gave support to the i5-6600k cpu. is it the 2003 version?

The CPU is supported. No BIOS update needed.
Try testing the board with single RAM module installed, graphics card removed. Test each RAM slot.
