Does Zotac provide good customer service in India?

I heard they have crappy after-sales service for their graphics cards. Can anyone confirm?

it is better to avoid their cards as they dont have the best cooling but now they have improved with their Icestorm cooling solution. its better you go with EVGA or ASUS. everybody has different experience with zotac...some have good some have bad. if you end up buying their card and they dont honor the warranty then you can go to the consumer protection court in India. they will help you out + they will make zotac to give you compensation.

its very good, but EVGA has the best.
