Doesn't allow me to upgrade to windows 10 but allows my brother?

Okay, I woke up today with a "Hope" to install windows 10, i went to "Get windows 10" and it said "Thanks for reversing your free update" with a "Ok, notify me when ready" button, however around the after noon, my brother's update started downloading. why not me too? I mean i don't get it

Microsoft said they will be releasing the updates ''wave by wave'', so just stay patient.
I too haven't gotten it yet and I am just waiting patiently.

I saw another person saying open your CMD and type wuauclt.exe /updatenow.
Haven't tried it out yet but it might help with something.
(Open CMD as adminstrator)

I know it's overload but i find it ridiculous that release date of windows 10 going to be on wednesday but getting delayed for other people. (I am speaking if it's going to come in few days.)

OH sweet it's downloading in my windows update! So I basicly got it, so it will tell me that it's ready once the downloading is complete right? It's at 30% now but for some reason it says 548KB total, is that normal?
