[SOLVED] Ram Frequency

So i just finished setting up my ram kit.I use the bios to check if it work and this is what i saw. My BIOS locked my Ram frequency at 1333mhz while my ram is 1600mhz ddr3 ?
I am using Gigabyte H61M-DS2 motherboard with AMI BIOS version F6.

Your motherboard supports ram frequency up to 1333mhz.
Thats why you cant reach 1600MHz.

Yesterday i saw someone's thread tell that i could turn on X.M.P for 1600mhz ram.I tried to turn on X.M.P and i couldn't find it on my BIOS,can someone tell me how to turn on it?My pc:
CPU: Intel Pentium G2030
Ram: A Gskill Ripjaws 2gb 1600mhz and a memory power 1600mhz
Motherboard: GA-H61M-DS2 (rev 5.0)
Bios: Dual Bios-UEFI F6

* To support XMP memory, you must install an Intel® 22nm (Ivy Bridge) CPU.

And the G2030 is an Ivy Bridge cpu:

So you should find that option. You may need to update your bios.

Hello it's me again.I want to ask u guys the perfect ram timing for 1600mhz.It's now running at 1333mhz and i don't know what is the timing for 1600mhz so.Helppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp!

Download CPU-Z and check the timings in the memory section

Timings vary by memory chip used, Run CPUz and hit the Ram tab and see what's programmed into the ram.
These are not guaranteed to work on every motherboard or with other sticks of ram. This is why it's recommended to buy ram in matched sets.

Depending on the memory module, it might be on the sticker on the module itself.
