doesnt turn on

Hello, I just moved my old pc to a new case and connected everything up like it was in the old case. But suddenly it doesn't show anything on the screen. All the fans turn on but nothing on the screen. CPU fan is also on and running. What should I do? And does the usb 3 necessary to be connected?

Then you have to start troubleshooting part by part. Take out one part and test it in some other PC until you find the culprit.
