2 months ago i had a h61 , motherboard carrying an i5 2300 CPU and a GTX 750 GPU , it was working normaly line there was no aparent issue ,

until it started blue screening often and often , so i opened my computer to see , i removed the RAM sticks and switched their slots , and my pc did a strange thing , when i press start button , the fans start running for like 5 seconds and then stops ,

i tried fixing it for days than i got pissed off , so i changed MB and CPU into an h81 biostar and an i5 4440 (my actual config) happy that i finaly can run my pc again , well it did thebexact same probleme , and when i checked in forums for this kind of issue ,

it seemed that its about CMOS battery , this little round piece that has clock usage in my knowledge , so i removed it (when i did this there was only my CPU and its fan , my PSU of 460 watt and my hard disc ,(360Gb hdd) ) and the fans didn't dtoped and started again automatically as it did before ,

it started without rebooting , glad me , i turned it off and placed my setup ready (monitor and keyboard and mouse only) , when i pressed start button ,(principal issue incomming) nothing happens , like literally nothing happens , so it passed from starts and stops and restarts automatically to stable , and then nothing , not even a fan turning

, i checked everything , every starting slot was plugged with the right cables , and im getting crazy cause it has NO REASON not to start , or at least until a handsome person reads this thread and helps me on it. x'(

Full system hardware specs and OS?

You removed the CMOS battery - correct? Did you reinstall a new CMOS battery?

Overall, my thought is that the PSU is the likely problem.

What make and model is that 460 Watt PSU? How old, condition (new, used, refurbished)?
