Question Doing a BMR on Windows server 2019

I have a Dell PE 2950.
I have a RAID 50 built with six 600GB drives.
The 2019 OS is installed on the RAID 50, on 1 partition.
I have a USB 4TB drive connected with my BMR files saved to it.
I do rename each BMR as I make it.
I am trying to launch a BMR recovery.
If I use the 2019 USB OS install disk, in command prompt, it sees all the drives, including my USB BMR drive. But the BMR recovery wizard does not see it.
I have booted into Hyrens Windows PE, which also sees all of my drives, but the BMR software does not seem to be present there. I am at a loss as to how to get the BRM recovery wizard to begin to rebuild my server OS drive. Is it because I am renaming the file, and that keeps the wizard from seeing it???
Please forgive me if I missed any crucial info.
Thanks for all who help!

Bare Metal Recovery. This is the software (WBAdmin.exe) included in windows that saves a backup of the Server OS for recovery to the same or new hardware.
