You can, but it's a matter of getting that A320 mobo with an updated bios.
If it's F40 or later, it's all good. If not, then you'd have to return it for a different mobo, or take it to a PC shop and ask them to update the bios for you, since it would require an older chip to do so.

If you want to stick to AMD then try getting a ryzen 5 1400 as its quite the same price now
But if you want to go to the blue side (intel) then an i3 9100 NOT with the f at the end is a good way to go too
