Hi, I am doing a custom build for the first time in a very long time.. it will be a development machine,
am I missing anything?
does the cpu and ram work with this motherboard?
would you recommend different components?
Also is the stock cpu cooler fine?

Build:

PSU
Corsair CP-9020061 CX750M 750W 80 Plus Bronze Certified Semi-Modular Desktop Power Supply
Case
Fractal Design FD-CA-DEF-R5-BK Define R5 Non-Windowed Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Desktop Chassis

SSD NVMe
Mushkin MKNSSDPL500GB-D8 Pilot 500GB 3D TLC NVMe M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 Solid State Drive
RAM
G.Skill F4-2400C15D-16GVS Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-2400MHz CL15 1.20V Desktop Memory
CPU (Is the I7-9700 worth the extra $100? in my country the price dif is $100)
Intel Core i7-8700 3.2GHz Hex Core 14nm Coffee Lake Socket LGA1151 Desktop CPU
Motherboard
MSI Z390-A Pro Intel Z390 Coffee Lake LGA1151 ATX Desktop Motherboard

Thanks

Solution
I would avoid Mushkin SSD since they generally aren't high quality. The CPU and ram will work with that motherboard but you could buy a much cheaper H370 motherboard with no performance decrease since you have slow ram and a non k CPU.
In nearly every game the 9700k and 8700 will perform very well so i wouldn't spend the extra money for the slight performance bump.
The Intel stock cooler is fine for most tasks. Are you going to pair the I7 with a gpu?
