Domain Controller Not Functioning Properly!

So I decided to set up a domain controller for my kids at home, I want them to not be able to play games like counter strike and mine-craft. But for some reason they still have full permission to access these games even though the ports are blocked within the firewall. Below is a topology of my domain controller and its setup, feel free to take a glance and help is much appreciated!

I am confused you have a Windows Server Domain controller for 3 PC's at home? What firewall is blocking the ports, the end computer's? the router's the domain controllers (which wont do anything)

A domain controller does very little to fix this.

For games that have a physical application you can block their PC username from being able to access the executable.

Otherwise you have to stick to firewall and block the authentication website. Blocking ports only goes so far unless you are willing to blanket block everything except 80,53, and 443 outbound.
