Domain/Local Login does not work in a different location?

Hi All,

I have a weird one here. We have a laptop that we can log into fine as local admin or domain account. When we send the laptop to another location (different city, same domain), the same credentials do not work. We have tried wired/wireless, different admin accounts, different user accounts with no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

If the local account doesn't work in another location I can only imagine that it is because the user is either putting in the incorrect credentials or they are putting in the correct credentials but trying to connect to the domain with the local account details.

Yep, they were trying to use domain credentials with local account.
