Domain Not Available

Last night we had a pretty bad lightning storm and this morning when I came into work I found the server locked up, completely frozen. So, I rebooted the system and as it rebooted I received a keyboard error. So, I switched the keyboards and the server booted properly. The only problem is that none of my clients can log in. They all get a message to the effect that the Domain is not available at this time. The server seems to be running fine as far as I can tell. Also, if a client selects Cancel at the login screen, they can still get to the Internet. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Open the system log of the event viewer on the server and verify
there are no services failiing. Next open a dos prompt and run
nbtstat -n and verify there are not conflicts.
