Dominator Platinum Modules

What latencies? I was thinking CL9 or CL10?
What speeds? 1866? 2133? 2400? - Is there a big difference?
What voltage? 1.5V or 1.65V?
Where should I buy it from? Direct? Amazon? Newegg?
Can I raise the Voltage or the Speed later?
Can I lower the Voltage or speed later? (for overclocking)
Will the latencies go down if I underclock?
What to faster speeds do?
What to lower latencies do?
What to higher voltages do?
I was thinking 2X8GB to be able to upgrade to 32 in the future.
Any suggestions?

Help Appreciated. Using a 780 + 4770K + UD3H.

Why the Dominator Platinums? You can get nearly identical performance in much cheaper modules.

If I overclock it to 2400mhz, will I be able to maintain CL10?
How would I overclock it?

I've heard that some Dominator Platinum RAM is unstable also. Is this true?

I'm unsure of stability, but you can clock RAM to whatever you'd like. I have G.Skill Sniper @ 2400 MHz that runs fine at 1333 (though I keep it at 2400).

If I underclock the 2400mhz model (http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-DOMINATOR-Platinum-2400MHz-CMD16GX3M2A2400C10/dp/B0090UEASE) to 1866, or 1333, or even 1600, will the latencies be at CL9 or below? Also, can I raise or lower the power from 1.65V to 1.5V (or vice versa)??

It depends. Overclocking (or underclocking) your RAM will vary depending on your system hardware, and only you can do this as no two pieces of RAM are exactly alike.

Not sure what your question is but you will not see much of a difference between 1866 and 2400 in most programs.

It won't be exactly the same, but due to the higher latencies of faster speeds, they tend to basically balance each other out.
