dongle es enabling wifi adapter and turning on a wifi is not same

Enabling wifi adapter doesn't turn on to it's full functionality. Enabling- it says connections are available, but don't show the available networks to connect. Enabling and turning on both are done by keyboard fn switch. But shame on everybody that we really don't have any alternative.
