Dongle freez pc

I used idea 3g smartwifi dongle, and windows 7 64 bit, when i plug dongle to cpu my computer is freez and lagging, i can not work any type, pls help me, if i remove dongle my pc work well

Test with another system, if it does the same thing, contact support for the adapter you have to replace it. I've seen this happen with some USB devices (notably a USB to Serial adapter).
