Dongle will only boot Ubuntu, not Windows 7.

I have tried to boot off of my USB flash drive multiple different Windows 7 iso and none have worked for me. Even the official iso from Microsoft. The odd part of this is that I am able to boot into Ubuntu. I've done this countless times before with Windows, OS X, and varying Linux distributions installations, but this is the first time that I am unable to boot into the flash drive with a specific operating system. I have tried two different machines, and each always have the same outcome. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Edit: The real question here is it the USB stick in some weird way? Or am I just missing something. I know how to install a ISO to a dongle, I've done it before, but I'm really stumped.

Through the ISO to USB program. Used it many times before, and never had a problem. I was so confused why this doesn't work I even tried Microsoft's program to do this.
