don't connect wirelessly

I have problems to wirelessly connect a 64-bit PC with a 32-bit HP 530 notebook. Both work with Windows 10. Thanks for your help.

Hello,
I am trying get network in order to print wirelessly, but when I try to install a wireless printer, from Ms Word 13 software, appears the next message: "the active directory domain services are not available". Thank for your help.
