[SOLVED] Dont have f_panel or hd ports on my new mobo? Help

Hey my case has a f_panel cable and hd audio cable.

I just got a msi tomahawk b450.

There is no f_panel or hd audio ports on my mobo

Instead I have Jaud, JC11, JFP2, and JTPM1.

I have no idea what these are I havent built a new pc since 2015.

Your motherboard has them. Page 32 and page 35 of the manual show you where the front panel (JFP1, JFP2) and HD audio ports (Jaud1) are. It's all along the lower edge of your board. The front panel is in the bottom middle (which is kind of an odd placement) and the HD audio is on the bottom left.
