Question Don't have Nividia Control panel

Built pc a week ago, installed Windows 10 home 64 bit.

gpu: geforce rtx 2060 ventus oc

I need to access the panel to change my resolution but right clicking desktop or searching through system files does not show any signs of the control panel. All i did after booting up my system for the first time was installing geforce experience, and updating my drivers through there. I contacted support, they had me do a clean reinstall of the drivers but im back at square one with only geforce experience.

If you guys can think of anything i would really appreciate it
