dont know how to install

When i bought my computer it came with a 2gb graphics card.......but my computer shows only 814mb...when i contacted my mechanic he said that it was not installed......i dont have any idea about installing it...its name is EVM....can anyone help

What computer? Run speccy and copy paste the info so we know what you have.
Where does your computer show 814mb?
