DOnt know if it’s my system or my gpu

Hello my computer seems to be running sluggish when I try to play dvd’s on it i’m wondering if it could be a hard wear issue or a soft wear issue it’s a GeForce 750 ti ftw gpu any thoughts

The 750 Ti can handle playing back video, so it's not that. However, to benefit from videocard acceleration your software has to be able to use the videocard and the option in the software settings to use hardware acceleration needs to be enabled.

Otherwise the software will use the CPU to play the video and if you have a slow CPU then things can be sluggish.

Ok so I wonder if it may also be the media player after turning off my system and restarting it the volume plays perfectly
